the challenge

BMO Holdings pools capital from several partners, but management lived in scattered spreadsheets. Equity shares were recalculated by hand after every contribution, and no partner had a reliable view of their own net worth or of the holding as a whole.

the solution

We designed and built a custom web platform: a single dashboard where each partner tracks their share, records contributions with proof of payment and follows the evolution of the portfolio — with market data and reports built in. Installable as an app (PWA), with light and dark themes.
